The Sex Outpatient Clinic takes on its most demanding patients — men whose sexual desire simply won't quit. New to the ward is nurse Manami, five years into her marriage and freshly transferred in. The cameras follow her closely as she tackles her very first creampie treatment, meeting each prescription head-on with an unfailing smile. Can she keep that cheerful composure as rigid, uncircumcised cock after cock is thrust into her from behind and below, one internal ejaculation after another?
