Far below Spain's city streets lies a dark sexual underground where the hottest men from around the world play out their forbidden desires. The secret clubs and playrooms are soaked in hazy mystery, allowing those who enter to shed the routines of their harried daily lives and stretch their physical boundaries. Jam-packed with a cast of first-time fisters, Fist First Second Helping follows in the footsteps of its smash-hit predecessor, offering up more holes than you can shake your fist at.
