Elena and Francesco are bound by a love full of ups and downs, a visceral bond that spans the years, the distances, and diverging life choices. As their paths seem to drift apart, something keeps pulling them back to each other. He finds a new balance with Marta, while she becomes involved with Arthur, who offers her stability and a marriage proposal.
