Standing between prison bars and barrio's baddest home-boyz is Parole Officer Perez, whose motto to these young , hung parolees is "violate and be violated." Spend a few days in this PO's office and watch Perez try and keep these horny Latin papis out of the justice system's revolving door with weekly doses of the barrio's biggest uncut dicks. Find out why what they learned in jail is a rehabilitating experience.
