In 1940, harmful insects, the Colorado potato beetle, invaded the territory of a disoriented France, forced to face the German invasion. Thanks to archives shot under German control, we discover the daily life of the French, a daily life of material misery... Between the lines, we can see what the images wanted to conceal.
