Ydaiber Orozco

Born 11 June 1975 · Caracas Venezuela · 51

Ydaiber Orozco is an actress and casting director. A Blend of Heritage, Passion, and Artistry Ydaiber's name is a clever fusion of her two abuelas, Ida and Ever, whose influences have intricately woven into the fabric of her unique personality. From Abuela Ida springs forth a love for the 1920s, evident in Ydaiber's fashion choices like T-strap heels and vibrant red lipstick. Meanwhile, Abuela Ever bequeathed a culinary passion that manifests in Ydaiber's love for food and entertaining. Before gracing the screens of Los Angeles in shows like Hacks and Criminal Minds, Ydaiber refined her craft at the prestigious William Esper Studio in NYC. The city became her playground for bilingual exploration in theater, commercials, and independent films. Simultaneously, she thrived as an Event and Catering Manager, mastering multitasking in a dynamic environment. Seamlessly transitioning into the role of an independent producer, Ydaiber brought her organizational prowess and storytelling finesse to the forefront. Whether connecting directors, DPs, actors, or editors, she injected each collaboration with the same zest and flair found in her culinary creations. Despite trading T-straps for running shoes in L.A., Ydaiber remains a force to be reckoned with. Behind her laid-back exterior lies a recovering perfectionist who is also the creator and host of the Rekindle Your Light Podcast-an exploration of purpose, creativity, and grit in the face of darkness. Whether in front of or behind the camera, Ydaiber is an artist committed to delivering performances as vibrant and creative as her namesakes, embodying a legacy of heritage, passion, and artistic flair.
