Glenn brings in a secret weapon to turn Erie native and natural-born entrepreneur Michael Hooks' multiple hustles and side gigs into a business empire that will change people's lives.

Glenn calls on his friend, Cat Cora, to help save a 60-year-old Italian diner, but husband and wife owners Tony and Tina Ferraro must learn to adapt to the times if they want to keep the nostalgic eatery alive.

Glenn teams up with Tae Bo inventor Billy Blanks to transform a struggling karate studio into a full-fledged fitness empire, but owner Brian Arrington must turn his part-time side project into a full-time second career.

Glenn returns to save Lake Erie Rubber, a staple of Erie manufacturing; Glenn puts owner Jon Meighan through a salesman bootcamp and challenges him to think outside the box to reinvent the business.
