Up the Elephant and Round the Castle

When Jim agrees to be best man at his friend's wedding, he doesn't realise his duties will include being stuck in the middle of an argument between two feuding, unhappily married wrestlers.

Jim finds himself in hot water with the Department of Health and Social Security (DHSS), thanks to his busybody neighbour Councillor Bertram Allnutt.

Jim has been partying all night and is desperate for sleep, but his attempts are constantly interrupted by a string of unwelcome visitors.

It's Good Neighbour Week and Jim intends to win first prize by looking after Wanda's parrot.

After a night on the tiles, Jim wakes to find himself being burgled by a depressed upper-class man and a woman fast asleep in his bathtub.
