General Anesthesia

Doaa prescribes her father another dose of deception, but he isn’t swallowing it. At Al-Amal, an unwelcome “relative” lands on her ward—and his loose lips threaten a serious breach of family confidentiality.

Doaa treats beyond the chart, prescribing humanity where medicine falls short. Azzazi faces a double diagnosis: a thorny case at work and a family crisis showing no signs of remission.

One shift. Two slaps. One bruises Doaa’s cheek; the other hits her career where it hurts. With her famous surname now public knowledge, every move she makes at Al-Amal comes under examination.

Al-Amal declares Doaa unfit for duty—then an emergency puts that diagnosis to the test. With casualties flooding in and anaesthesia stretched thin, the doctor they discharged may be just what the hospital needs.

For better or worse, in sickness and in health? Two cases put those vows under clinical trial, and Doaa reads every symptom of the heart perfectly—until an unexpected arrival escapes her prognosis.

Al-Amal gets a suspiciously timely prescription for its troubles, while Doaa questions another remedy altogether. As compassion enters the operating plan, her bedside manner starts stepping on her colleagues’ toes.

Azzazi’s live surgery is meant to speak through visuals alone—until a clash with Doaa puts more than the procedure on air. Elsewhere, Asfour finds a pill count that’s hard to swallow.

Doaa and Asfour’s buried feud shows fresh symptoms as Nadia faces the administration. With testimony offering no quick cure, a dangerous dose threatens to become the case’s most potent evidence.

Lunch with Azzazi’s family reveals a chemistry no doctor can ignore—and they’re already prescribing the next step. Doaa and Nadia prescribe a clever preventive treatment for trouble that must not relapse.

Two tests, neither exactly by the book. Azzazi quietly investigates Fouad’s worrying symptoms, while Omniya administers a dose of jealousy to Hayman. Now, everyone’s waiting for the results.

Doaa found a newborn baby girl in a trash bin and takes the necessary steps to transfer her to a care home. Shortly thereafter, Maysara undergoes birthing process. Leaving Doaa torn between reporting Medhat to the police and upholding the principle of professional confidentiality.
