1. What the site is
7Movies is an index and interface. It shows publicly available information about films and series (from TMDB and similar sources) and embeds players that fetch video from third-party servers on the public internet. 7Movies does not host, upload, store or control any video or media file. We do not verify the licensing or legality of material on third-party servers.
2. Your responsibility
You access third-party content at your own risk. You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the site, and of any third-party content reached through it, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, mirror or automatically extract content, links or data from the site, or reverse-engineer its APIs.
- Bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures or usage limits.
- Copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform or otherwise use material without the rights or permission required by law.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with other users, probe for vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access.
- Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for its credentials and activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, infringement, fraud, security threats or violations of these terms, including accounts of repeat infringers (see the DMCA policy).
5. Third-party services and content
The site displays, links to and embeds third-party services and content. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, policies or conduct, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Third-party servers that deliver video to your browser can see your IP address; see the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The 7Movies interface, branding and code belong to 7Movies. Posters, backdrops, metadata and all film and series content belong to their respective rights holders. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in third-party material. Rights holders can report material through the DMCA policy.
7. Availability, disclaimers and liability
Titles, links, features and playback availability may change or be removed without notice. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7Movies and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss or damage arising from third-party content, third-party servers or your use of or inability to use the site.
